Where to start?

Hi

I have read lots on the website and would like to give GNUcash a try

My PC runs Windows Vista Home Premium with 32 bit processor - is GNUcash compatible with Vista?

Clicking on Downloads /  source codes Windows binary     takes me to a page Sourceforge with heading half way down "Newest Files" and then many other files listed below. The link info for the newest file is http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash%20%28unstable%29/2.3.7/Gnucash-Intel-2.3.7.dmg/download is the one to download as I understood that version 2.3.9 was the latest stable version
