Go to gnucash.org, scroll down to "Source code, Windows binary", under
the gnucash (stable) select 2.2.9, and download the
gnucash-2.2.9-setup.exe file. This is the latest stable version.
Unless you want to do testing I would stick with this version. It has a
few minor issues, but nothing that affects the stability of the app.
And yes, GNUCash will run under Vista.
