Resend: Loan payments vs financial calculator mismatch

What did you enter in the calculator?

If I try it, supplying what seem to me to be the obvious data, it shows a 
payment of 345.37, which agrees with the druid. You said it gives the 
"correct" result, which you gave as 343.53. How do you persuade it to 
give that? (It gives me that if I supply a rate of 5.6%, which again 
agrees with the druid).
