Budget Estimate question

It's estimating the future based on the past.  So if you spent $100 on
food last month the estimator will predict you'll spend $100 on food
this month.

No, it does not take future, unposted SXes into account.  The estimator
only looks to the past.

I suspect this is a bug in the docs (or perhaps a misinterpretation of
what it does).  It looks to the past to predict the future.

I do not believe it's a code bug.  It may be a doc bug.  Or PEBKAC.
