Export to XLS or CSV

I found the Java application I was referring to but it's designed to
translate GnuCash's XML format in to a QIF, suitable for Quicken, and
that isn't going to do me any good.

There was a thread on gnucash-user a while back that said it would be
possible to create a report that could easily be copy-and-pasted in to
Excel, but the thread didn't go in to detail and I can't figure out how
to do it on my own.

So my question is this - is it possible to export a single account to a
format that's usable by Excel?
