Hi Bill,

Don't forget to CC the list when you reply - I've hardly used the 2.3 series 
and know very little about it, others here are much more knowledgeable!

My only thought is that the invoice number counter may not be created until 
you have created a first invoice - Derek will know more about this than I do.
