You don't have a file named Accounting in directory C:\Users\Peggy ?

That file should be your compressed gnucash datafile. It may not look like a 
compressed file, because it doesn't have an extension.

If you rename (a copy) of the file to Accounting.gz, 7-Zip will recognize it. 
Note that I say 7-Zip. Windows cannot uncompress a .gz file. You will need an 
external tool for that. 7-Zip, Winzip and probably others can be used.
