Thanks for the note.

As a publisher, I'm able and willing to get involved in the printing and
publication.

Regarding updates, we will be able to do some editorial work, but we
don't have the expertise to make technical changes. I'm hoping that we
can collaborate with some of the folks on the list who have both the
interest and expertise to participate.
