CSV Import

Hi,

just a note to the developers: As soon as the adaptation of GnuCash to
AqBanking5 is finished users can use AqBanking5's new generic file importer
which contains a profile editor for CSV files. This makes it possible to import
bank statements from nearly any CSV file.

This dialog is also based on GWEN's platform independent dialog framework, so
it runs natively inside GnuCash.

Regards
Martin
