Uninstall

Fred,

On windows, uninstall can be accomplished by going to the Start
Menu:All Programs:Gnucash:Uninstall Gnucash.

If that option is not available, go to Control Panels, Add or Remove
Programs.  Scroll down to Gnucash, select and click Remove.  This
should completely remove the program as well.

If on the other hand, it is not the program that you are having
trouble with, but getting started using it, that is a different story.
 I think it might help to take a look through the help files as well
as the tutorial as a means of getting started and getting a new file
with a list of accounts set up.
