Uninstall

You can start over with a new data file by using File -> New -> New File
from the GnuCash menu.  I see no need to reinstall the full application
if it's running fine.

(that's about the only part of this I understand)  Putting a program on my computer that I can't uninstall makes me a bit uncomfortable but I'm making myself believe that it has a security purpose.
