Automatic Retrieval of Quotes

I am running Tiger 4.11.

When I try to run the FinanceQuote Update application, I received the  
following message.


When I click on the "Edit" button, I received the following:


How do I get Gnucash to obtain stock & mutual fund quotes.

I tried to run the "gnc-fq-update" in terminal. I get a message  
"Command not found."
