OFX with FirstIB (First Internet Bank)

Has anyone else been able to get OFX to work with First Internet Bank of
Indiana?

I've taken the settings from 
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/OFX_Direct_Connect_Bank_Settings
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/OFX_Direct_Connect_Bank_Settings , and it seems
to connect to the server, but ofx.log shows the response, "Signon Invalid".

I tried calling the bank, but they told me simply that they don't support
GnuCash for OFX.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has been successful with this.
