not able to get balances

Hello, 

Just started using GnuCash and set up online banking (Chase bank).
Everything looks good but can't upload the balances or transactions.  So
what did I do wrong?  I used the online banking wizard input all the
information, matched bank account with GnuCash account. I tried the help
button, but nothing helped so I hope that someone may have the answer I'm
looking for.  Thank You. This program looks great.
