Crash of 2.2.9 after install of 2.3.9

Indeed, it is NOT safe to install multiple versions of GnuCash on
Win32.  The registry keys interact poorly.  (We should try to fix this
in a future version).

You will need to completely uninstall 2.3.9 and then re-install 2.2.9
