Problem locating Data File in Windows 7

You know, I don't think I am logged in as an admin.  I looked in the security
settings and administrator login is disabled.  I just thought I was.  I
often have to open some odd programs as administrator.  So, I guess 7 is  a
little smarter than the average duffus (me) this time.
