Yeah, changing that context menu based on the actual context seemed
harder than David thought when he implemented it, so he didn't put in
the time to figure out how to change the menu based on the actual cursor
row in the register.
I agree that it shouldn't say "Delete Txn" when it means "Delete Split".
I disagree that the Toolbar Button needs to change; what it means is
always clear based on the context.. And what would it mean to delete a
split in a basic transaction anyways?

Honestly, this one is relatively self-contained so should be pretty easy.
