Advanced Budget Report

I am looking for help with making http://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-devel/2008-July/023622.html (New Budget Report) to work in GnuCash.
I am using GnuCash 2.2.9 on a Mac running Snow Leopard. I have tried putting the report in the folder /Applications/Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources/share/gnucash/guile-modules/gnucash/report/  but I am unable to see the report showing up. 

Any help would be appreciated.
