Hi Michael,

I can't help with installing the docs for OS X, but AFAIK they are the same as 
the online docs available at http://www.gnucash.org/docs.phtml.  

Not as convenient as a local install perhaps, but hopefully enough to get you 
going until the Mac-savvy list members chime in!
