Using Account Codes

You can just keep typing the account code and then Tab over to the next
field. Say your account code for Expenses:Entertainment is `ent' you'd
type `e' to start off, but then the autocomplete would pull up
`Expenses' for you. Well, if you just keep typing `nt' that will
overwrite the `xpenses' and leave you with `ent' in the account field.
Then you can just Tab over and GnuCash will replace it with
Expenses:Entertainment.

Not 100% sure what you're asking here but if you're asking if GnuCash
autocompletes account codes like `ent' so that if you start typing `e'
it figures out you mean `ent', then no. That would be kind of
complicated and ambiguous, I think.
