Can not add a new security

Hi,

 

I am using GnuCash 2.3.14 on Windows XP.

 

I am unable to add new securities.

 

When I click "OK" in the "New Security" window after filling in "Full name", "Symbol/abbreviation" and "Type", I get following message - 

 

You must enter a non-empty "Full name", "Symbol/abbreviation", and "Type" for the commodity.

 

I use "Tools" -> "Security Editor" -> "Add" to open the "New Security" window.
