Different currencies add up to zero

You cannot do this in 2.2.x.  If the bill is in NOK then the expense,
A/P and Asset accounts used for the Bill and Process Payment must all be
in NOK (and the vendor must have its currency be NOK as well!)

Correct, this is not supported in 2.2.
