Fix for Gnucash Docs Problem Using Open Suse KDE4

Since at least Opensuse 10.2 there has been a problem with Gnucash 
documentation for KDE3 and KDE4 users. 

There is a workaround, at least for KDE4 users. 

Gnucash needs yelp, the Gnome file viewer installed for the help file to work. 
Apparently Gnome installs it automatically, but KDE4 doesn't.

The workaround is to install yelp.

Either 
yast -i yelp

or

zypper install yelp

I added it with zypper in a root
 terminal and for the first time in years, 
clicking on help in gnucash got help to work.
