Trouble Loading Finance::Quote

Running 2.2.9 under Windows XP with ActivePerl 5.10, this feature does not
work as advertised. The Perl scripts execute at launch but never actually
load quotes. I know I'm not the only user to experience this problem, as a
favorable series of articles about GNUCash on a financial Web site mentions
it. The Price Editor's 'Get Quotes' feature does work, however. I haven't
been able to spare the time to troubleshoot the problem.
