Thanks for your detailed commentary.  I want to study that and need to find
more time in order to match what you are saying to the GC GUI.  Right now I
am kind of swamped, so I am replying to let you know I got your suggestions
and appreciate the detail answers to my questions.  

Will get back to you when I have tried to use all your ideas.
