Auto Classify GNUCash Transfers

Hi, 
I have imported my bank records into gnucash. The transfer field for the
entries in the imported accounts are 'imbalance'. I am manually setting
these fields to their proper values. Is there a way to tell GNU cash that
all transactions, in any account with a description value of 'Carl's Cafe'
is to have a transfer field set to 'expenses:coffee'?
