trouble with gnc-fq-update

We don't support GnuCashPortable; you should ask them.

If, however, you were running Real GnuCash, you would just need to
follow the instructions at http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/ on the Windows
page, which basically says:  Install ActivePerl 5.8 or 5.10, then run
the installer in Start -> GnuCash.
