bug warning - importing QIFs into accts w/ mixed currencies

Um, what do you mean by "an account with existing transactions in
multiple currencies"?  There is no existing GnuCash account that can
hold transactions of multiple currencies, so I'm not sure what you're
talking about or how to reproduce.

2.2.6 is old.  2.2.9 is the most recent 2.2.9; upgrade and see if you
can reproduce.  Also, there's no plan to ever release a 2.2.10; the next
stable release will be 2.4.0.

But if you think this is still a bug, create a bugzilla entry and upload:

a) a data file with the problematic setup,
b) a QIF file to use to produce the problem, and
c) instructions for reproducing the problem using (a) and (b).
