bug warning - importing QIFs into accts w/ mixed currencies

I just wanted to point out a defect on imports.  If you have an
account with existing transactions in multiple currencies, and then
try to import a QIF file, the question is asked which currency to make
all the incoming transactions.  Whatever currency is chosen affects
existing transactions.  So it creates a screwed up situation where the
exchange information is lost, and the other account shows the same
amount (as if the exchange rate is always 1.0).

(this was noticed on version 2.2.6)
