Custom Report Not Accessed

 I have modified a standard report and saved it with a new name but when
I start the program again it is not listed in the custom reports.  When
I look in the saved-reports-2 file in the .gnucash folder it is listed
there under the name I saved along with several others that were saved
previously.  All the others show up under custom reports.  What have I
done wrong this time and how do I fix it?  I am using version 2.2.9 on
Windows XP.
