I am not an expert, but I wonder if you have a recently backed up copy of the
database that you could save in a safe place before trying anything.

Have you tried uninstalling and installing Gnucash as a fresh install?  I
know its a barbaric approach.

Your question could use more details though.  What happens when you try to
print?  Same question for when you try to import.  Also, what solutions have
you tried? Did they have any effect?

Did you do anything like relocate your files, install other software, switch
a different user status (admin vs user ) in Windows?  Add or change any
hardware?

This information would give novices and experts some idea of whats happening
and some idea of what ou could do to fix it.
