using Online Banking Setup

Hello and thanks for the quick reply, 

I am trying to setup two accounts, one to American Express and the other to
Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union and the response when the Aqbanking
Wizard -> User Configuration -> OFX -> Get Accounts button is clicked, or
rather lack of response, is the same for both: Another window will simply
flash behind the configuration window. This window will open and close in an
instant with no chance of seeing what it may be displayed on it. And the
ofx.log only show my side of the transmission.

Since I thought that maybe it was a firewall issue, I installed Wireshark
last night, but apparently www99.americanexpress.com (12.29.100.25) is
responding (ACK) to my call, but that is it. Two additional packets are
issued from my side, but no more responses are received from 12.29.100.25.
