Fast data entry possible?

There is no way to batch them, sorry. However, there is a keyboard shortcut to setting the account:
Tab to the account field and start typing the name of the top level account ("Expenses", perhaps). You'll need to type in only enough letters to disambiguate it; it will autocomplete. When it does, type a colon (":") and start the name of the next level, and so on. When the lowest level autocompletes, you can hit tab to move to the credit/debit field.
