French menus in Mac OSX 2.4.5

Gnucash's translation and locale is driven by the System Preferences "Languages & Text" ("International" on Leopard) panel. The translations for most of it are in Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources/share/locale; the translations in the lang.proj directories are only for the stock menu items in the application ("Gnucash") menu.

If you want to override the system language setting, see http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Q:_I.27m_a_Mac_user_and_I_want_to_use_Gnucash_in_a_language_different_from_my_system_settings.
