Value over time report for account with shares

Wot I would do is use the Yahoo Finance site [ http://finance.yahoo.com/ ]. Setup some symbols in a 'Quotes' list. Then click on the 'Symbol'. In the Symbol screen', on the left side click 'Historical Prices'. Fill in the dates & timeframe 'Daily Weekly .. etc'. Then 'Scroll Down' and press 'Download to  Spreadsheet'. Then import the CSV file 2 Excel or wotever. ... Is that wot u wanted?
