Trouble with Transactions Report 2.4.6

I noticed the same thing but if I expand everything (click on Income for 
example) then select all,
  select children I get everything.

As to the filter check out the type selection and I think it'll make 
sense.  That is either exclude
or include transactions to/from the selected filter accounts.
