Scripts for windows/linux encryption and (s)ftp sync

Hi,

inspired by http://www.gentoo-wiki.info/TIP_Encrypted_GNUCash (linked in
FAQ 3.10) I wrote/modified scripts for windows and linux to

- Do encryption using gnupg
- Synchronize to (s)ftp

The scripts are not very generic and will require some scripting
knowledge, but I am successfully using it to share a gnucash file over
three computers (1x Win7, 2x Linux).

I would be happy about comments and also whether you think that this
