Chart of accounts

Colin,

Derek suggested I try the Account Summary report.  It only gives a list of accounts that have had some activity.  I want a list similar to the one I see when entering transactions.  It shows me a list of all the accounts I have created.  I think I have some that are duplicates, but with different names.
