Use of find to look for certain words in 'notes'

Yes that's right.  Here is the problem: when you right click on the account
register then choose edit, there is is a *notes* and a *description* area.  
But this is not where find looks.  It searches the notes and description
areas in the account register itself. When you double click on the account
register then choose double line, the account register also shows a "notes"
and "description" area. This is what find searches.  

Is there a way to search the notes and description areas that you see when
you ->right click the *account register *then choose *edit*??
