Use of find to look for certain words in 'notes'

No, because those are the "Description" and "Notes" of the *account*, so
it wouldn't be searching that when you are searching for *transactions*. 
Why are you trying to find transactions based on an account description or
account notes field instead of just opening up the associated account
register?
