Use of find to look for certain words in 'notes'

Because 'description' may have eg the word "savings" in it but there may be
different accounts scattered amongst several banks..e.g.

Bankone->savings
Banktwo->savings
........
Bankten->savings

If the word "savings" could be searched for, then all the accounts that have
the word "savings" in it would be found.

And if somehow a report could total this, then that would give the total of
all those "savings" accounts.....
