Multi-Currency Best Process

Hi,

I am new to GNUCASH. I setup my accounts in base currency as INR and i need
to travel to different countries frequently. what is the best way to meet
this requirements ( travel advance, assignement salary, related expesens,
expense reimbursements in different currencies). Kindly advice the best
adoptable approach. 

I heard that GNUCASH is storing currency information at transaction level in
the back end and it is the only issue with GUI which does not have option to
choose transaction currency. If this can be achieved it will setting up of
separate set of accounts for each currency.

Has anyone done this before, Kindly suggest me.
