Scheduled Transactions Not Created

Hi-

I just started having a problem with the Scheduled Transactions. I'm running
2.4.0 (r19971) on Windows 7 with the sqlite datastore. It acts a lot like
this bug <https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=593477> except that
once I close GnuCash and re-open it, I don't get those scheduled
transactions again.

1- Open GnuCash
2- Since Last Run... window opens with two transactions for review
3- Click 'Review Created Transactions' check box
4- Click 'OK'

Normally, I would expect a tab/window to open with the scheduled
transaction(s) for further editing, but that doesn't happen. Instead,
GnuCash continues to start up as if there were no scheduled transactions
(except that the sx transactions must be updated as if they had been
created).

If I restore my data file from last night's backup and then re-open, I can
run through the same process again. I first noticed this yesterday, I don't
recall making any changes to any of my scheduled transactions since the last
time that it worked correctly.
