Entries un-reconciled

The short answer to your question would be to re-reconcile the items. It should take less than a minute to hold down the space bar to reconcile the entire list of transactions. Simply click in the transaction pane, and press and hold the space bar. 

HOWEVER: I am not sure how what you describe could have happened, and it would be good to find out, so that it doesn't happen again. Did you try to do anything out of the ordinary that might have caused it? It would be good to try and figure out how it happened, so that the developers can track down any problems with the code.

What version of Gnucash, what OS, what you did would all be good data points to add here.
