On linux at least, the online banking setup goes mostly in ~/.aqbanking
(also I have read ~/.banking, in some versions.) The associations
between the accounts configured for aqbanking and gnucash go somewhere
else, but I don't know where; I'd guess either the account file or
~/.gnucash.

In any case, if you were to copy ~/.aqbanking, you could probably run
the online setup druid, and skip running the aqbanking setup, then make
the associations.
