The stock invoices are a bit rough.  If you want professional looking
invoices, and you have some time to work on this, then consider
gc2latex.pl.  It's a perl script that extracts the invoice data from
gnucash, and generates an invoice in LaTeX.  If you're comfortable
with latex, it's the best option.
