a) it's stored in the KVP frame of the account.
b) this shouldn't be done in PERL, because that wont help you if you're
using e.g. the SQL backend. Writing it in C would be a very simple
few lines to add a menu item, a confirmation dialog, and then just
clear out the appropriate kvp frame.
