Account List Column Headings

Just from my informal browsing of the bugzilla, the following recent
bugs seem to be related, but don't directly describe this column
issue: 642219, 643555, 591098, 565348.  The last bug in the list there
seems to be where this behavior was changed to always display the sum
of the subaccounts.
