uneditable transactions

invoice to edit it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but transaction editing seems to be restricted in
2.4 in a way it was not in 2.9.9.  I just discovered a vendor payment that
was coded to the wrong expense account (actually, it's a split with one of
the splits to the wrong account), but the transaction is now not editable.
That is a real problem!
