Just for the record, this feature has never worked for me from 1.x
onwards to the 2.2.9 that I am currently using despite following
instructions on setting up the accounts to the letter. It was discussed
on this list a long time ago but I could not get it working at any time.
Looking forward to a discussion on the list in the hope that I can get
it working here.
